I Thank you - void - ppl I've known inhere - friends I've met inhere - followeres and fellow squeelers of fanart, fanfiction - whatevermorethereis!

I have had so many good times inhere, but I feel it is comming to an end now -

So many blogs and journals have been left without a goodbye - that's not gonna be this blog! That's why I'm writing, because maybe noone is listening - nevermind that - it's about ending something good in a decent way + leaving a trail for ppl to follow so that not every connection dies - We all come and go from different/other places... we never dissappear completely.

I will probably not post much - if any - fanart on my blog, but it will have my artwork ...

I should share some of what I find interesting (this will also help ME remember what how and when this stuff happens in my life... I shall call it "a Diary" ... *OOOUF* ...)

Anyways, A few what to watch, what to see:

Movies:

1.
"Juno"
Good - What a marvelous film! It was so original, inspiring and fresh, absolutely worth everyones time.
Bad - I didn't like the slight abortion politics that had found it's way into it... but In this case, it doesn't make a lesser film =3

2.
"The Orphanage"
Good - brrrrr ... even though I really hate Horror, this movie is sooooo well conducted it's amazing, if not crazy. (I heard that the director Guillermo del Toro (Pan's Labyrinth, Hellboy II) had done another even more scary and well-written one before this (but can't remember the name >__>") - And on a side note! He's the one in charge of "The Hobbit" With I'm looking foreward to indeed! =3 )
Bad - It's just soooooooo scary, I haven't slept well in the 3 days since I saw it (I'm such a baby DX)

Furter more:

"Twilight"
Since I'm sucker for that stuff "twilight" had me giggling like a schoolgirl, just like the internet buzzes over atm, "twilight" being pure fanfiction and only for 13 yr old girls... well I'm 23 and "ate" all 4 books in a week this summer. All I can say is; If you liked the book, you'd probably like the movie as well, I did! ^__^

"Hellboy II"
Worth the watch, better than the first one, funny and light (as in weight). Had a good time watching it, It had me rolling the floor a few times, well written I'd say.

As goes for the rotten tomatoes from me:
"No country for old men" - Not my kind of film. Too weird, too Coen-brothers for me (The only Coen-brother film I've seen that I like is "Brother where are thou"). Never put too much hope in the academy awards I suppose...

"Wild Child" ... a windbag, teeny-girl film with no reel content. Plain and predictable as freaking hell, I think I guessed about all that happend in that film before it happend... Sad.

"Interview with the Vampire" - Okay, so this might be random, but the with all the "Twilight" discussion going on I had to check up on the old "classic" popular-story by Anne Rice... I'm not impressed (By other than the fantastisk actor Kirsten Dunst who as a child outplayed the others by far.) I read a few of Rices books, but never found them interesting enough to care, and the film only support the feeling I had while reading the books.

... Which is why I say "Meyer" over "Rice" anyday! - which leads to books -

Books:

"Airborn" (2004) and "Skybreaker" (2005) written by Kenneth Oppel, very entertaining childrens/teen's books. I was especially taken by "skybreaker" it had such a nice pace all through and I had a hard time putting down the book.

As for "Twilight" (by Stephanie Meyer), it seems the internet have been split up in pro/con the series and as usual it's the haters that are shouting the loudest. I Like it personally and hate to see it and Meyer getting the crap. The only reson for all the bickering is the popularity of the books which of course offends the internet.
Admitting! Yes, the books are nono perfect, but all while I read them it gave me a really good feeling. Now to the 'why I'm sad part' I get the arguments ppl come up with to dirty Meyers writing... more to come...

Aaa, hollidays ^__^

Did I tell I got a tablet in december??? ohh well, I did... And Furthermore I found out I'll have to work out how to use it aswell >__o Bummer... Now, I will not give up on my quest... just give me some time (and a very hard kick in the b...) and all will be fine, just fine yea X3

Anyways, I have some (very ugly and damn digital art is NOT my friend) pictures for the sharing.... >__> I'm sorry If this is horrible dissapointing or something but they are my first digital once and I've never had (nor tried) a tablet before.

(Now this is one of the first, Hiruma (I wrote it on the pic just to be sure that I knew who I did... D: ))

Somehow this came out better I think, it's quick and skecthy (and therefore much more ment to look 's'crappy)

Some random es21 fanart, still working my way around the tablet thingy and learning the software (I'm such a beginner it hurts my eyes D<...)

Hmmm, tried some bg aswell.... bah!

I can't believe it, I actually got in at the animation workshop school... O__O wow, I'm in! And by february I'll be drawing, not only for the sheer pleasure of fun, but for my life and pay! (someday in 'bout 3-4 years ;3)

I can't wait to start this!!

Ohh well, posted some Hirumamo thing I've been working on for a few days (had some project (at my current school) to finnish up today, friday, so I've been busy ;3)

Lately I've been inactive inhere.

It's sad, ain't it? How the manga is dragging it on and on, that damn match... I found that I might not like the manga that much, when it's taking forever to get nowhere. I'd hoped to see some more HiruMamo action in the halftime or something... but no.. it seems it's all about Shin/Sena and Monta/Honjou ... >_____> gahhh, take me back (or foreward) to the good Hirumamo days ^__^

Well as I'm pretty confident that this LJ isn't the most visited one (XD My own fault I know, and don't care) I'm just gonna random it a bit with the latest from my world...

Ok, January comes with 3 exams and a big paper... 2 of the 3 exams I've passed (phew) and the paper too. Now only one exam left - the worst of all, Anatomy... X3 Hate hate hate, that I'm so NOT gonna pass this one.. Long story, but I'm dropping my studies and jumping on to something else so I haven't been studying for that last exam.

Anyways,
This fall I began watching American football, NFL. I Denmark it's a fairly new sport on tv, only started like 5 years ago or so (don't remember) Therefore most people don't know anything about the sport, and even fewer women follow.
The first game I saw was Dallas Cowboys vs. Indianapolis Colts in october.. (..was it ?__?) well, somehow that (combined with eyeshield 21-manga fanatism throughout the year) got a fire started in me, and I've been following (mostly) COLTS, Cowboys and Giants closely ever since. Maybe to some, this is not that much out of the ordinare but, being a girl and living in DK thats pretty strange... So even though I thought that I could not become even more strange, I maneges to cross the line again... I both love my strangeness and hate it...

Well, It so happend that all my NFL-watching friends (guys...+ 1girl) said to me why are you rooting for the Colts??? They're not going anywhere with Manning allways messing up the playoffs... Well, last sunday I could (after SOME anxiousness!) tell them; HAH! They did it! The Colts are going to the SuperBowl!
I was near tears as I was the only Colts fan in the room that late sunday night(-1 timediff.) as NE fans all around me could scream out in joy as the Patriots made a 21-3 lead against Colts. Manning had a very gloomy face, but seemed somehow very determinded not to let it slip his fingers this time around.
He didn't, and I felt so glad I couldn't sleep for 1 hour after I went to bed (at 4 am monday XP)

Phew.. I'll be off now.. have stuff to do and I guess it'll be months before I post anything here on my page again ^__^"
